About Fringe Marketing

Fringe Marketing is a woman-owned and operated design studio with two locations in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Owners Carol Ingaro and Leigh Stoecker-Wellman have a combined background in digital and print design services, from web and social media design to corporate collateral and catalogues. Removing the complications of big budgets, Fringe specializes in supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses with economical marketing methods.

Fringe Marketing's Mission Statement is short and sweet: Make a difference by always being Accessible, Reliable, and Supportive.

Giving Back

Making a difference by giving back is important to Fringe Marketing, and supporting a charity that's beneficial to a wide audience was the intention. Since 2010, Fringe has been providing Lunch Break, a neighborhood soup kitchen, with print and web design services. Lunch Break's vision is to lead the region as the comprehensive food, nutrition, and life skills resource for community members in need, and Fringe Marketing is very proud to be part of their philanthropy.

The Team

CAROL INGARO
Co-Owner, Print & Graphic Design

Growing up in a family printing business, Carol experienced pretty much every aspect except running a press. Self-educated in typography and graphic design, she eventually launched and managed her own design studio until forming Fringe Marketing with Leigh Stoecker in 2010.

One of Carol's passions is helping businesses improve their brand awareness to promote growth, especially small local businesses. With internet and social media overload, their challenges for greater visibility can be overwhelming. She transforms those challenges into solutions by brainstorming ideas and creating visuals that stand out with a fresh, consistent look.

This allowed for a wide range of experiences and expression in design styles.

Whether building a new website or making an old one responsive, Leigh always keeps the end-user's experience in mind. This gives visitors a reason to return, increasing the client's traffic.

With over 20 years of design experience, Leigh has developed a myriad of expertise in both print and web design.

More About Fringe

During the winter of 2010, Leigh Stoecker and I got together over a few glasses of shiraz to discuss forming a business co-op. Since many of our friends are creatives, we thought the collaboration would benefit each one with new projects and shared expenses. Realizing the magnitude of the plan, by the end of the evening, we nuked the co-op and formed a two-person partnership. We opened our first office in downtown Red Bank with a kick-ass party to celebrate.

Since inception, we built and maintained our client base through local networking and prized referrals. We produce each project based on our strengths, giving you the best of the best. And because integrity is super important to us, we honor our deadlines and work very hard to provide you with a quality web and print product. The outcome is having many long-term clients, some which have become good friends.
